Ontario Career Lab Coaching Session
Volunteers participate in two (2) small group conversations with students in Grades 9 and/or 10 where they share their career journey.
This impactful program offers students insight into the winding paths of employment we wander through - intentionally or by accident - to get where we are now.
In the Spring of 2025, we launched the program and in
10 days, visited
13 schools, with
250 volunteers, who met
1500 students, and engaged in
90,000 minutes of career conversations.
